COPY PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION June 3, 1948 Las Vegas Land and Water Company Las Vegas, Nevada Attention: Mr. A1 Folger Dear AH Enclosed herewith is copy of letter which is self explanatory. I have checked these rates with those on file and prescribed by the Commission, and find them to be correct; except I do not find any rate for private baths and toilets. I have written Mr. Edwards to that effect. It appears, however, to the Commission that the $30 laundry rate and the restaurant rate was established for commercial steam laundries and restaurants. It may be too high for this type of service. Will you kindly give the Commission the benefit of your views in this matter. Very truly yours, PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF NEVADA By /a/ Lee 8. Scott Secretary COPY
