IAS VEGAS LAM) AMD WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Southern Counties Gas Co. CA 10925 CLD 14470-2 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 14470-2, dated February 26, 1968 extending term of agreement C.A. No. 10925 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern Counties Gas Company of California to and including March 28, 1973; said agreement covering con­struction, maintenance and use of a 2-inch gas pipeline in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California with provision that rental for the extended term of five years shall be $5.00 payable to the Land Company in advance, and that all terms of original agreement, dated March 29, 1963 and as supplemented, dated July 11, 1963 remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
