FOB VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, I£E CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC,, hereby Sells, Transfers, and Assigns to the Sank of Nevada, all of its right, title and Interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas sod Water Comparer, to be made pursuant to Section l, Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the l£th day of March, 1952, identified as *NBL.D* 2561, and the under­signed hereby expressly authorises and requests the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to make all payments required by said Section 1, Article II, of said Agreement to the Bank of Nevada.
