Mr, R. K. Sutton 4* February 1, 1952 I aw asking Mr, Wehe to prepare exhibits forecasting the results of operation of the water production facilt-ties and the Water Company for the year 1952. This, of course, will have to be based upon the actual result for 1951 and any information which can be obtained as to in­creases in operating expense or additions to capital which will be made in the year 1952 for both the Rail­road Company and the Water Company, will you please fur­nish me with any information available to you which indi­cates that the operating expenses of either the Railroad Company or the Water Company will change materially in the year 1952, 1 should also like any information con­cerning changes in capital anticipated in the year 1952 other than as will be indicated In the statements above mentioned.
