Bennetty Los Angeles: As per our ’phone conversation enclosed herewith is draft of proposed Rule to cover Defense Housing projects. In ay talk with Mr. Sexton he brought up the point that the word "adjacent* could not he used, for the reason that neither the McNeil nor the Blltaore project could he said to he adjacent until after the water mains have heen extended thereto, and while the Company had in contemplation the extension of its mains along Charleston and along Horth Main Street, still the same were not extended until after the two projects had heen started. \ LAM: A LEO A.
