Bates, Agent Gentlemen: In response to your letter of May 15th enclosing the proposed draft of conveyance from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Las Vegas Valley Water District, we advise that the con­veyance as prepared would not, in any way, affect the balance of the land owned by Las Vegas Land and Water Company or the Railroad Company and not included in the conveyance.
