Public hearing on this application will be held by the Commission in Las Vegas, January 88, 1958 and the oonstructlon of water lines to and in the proposed subdivision as well aa water lines to serve any new dwellings constructed will be subject to such regulations as may be issued by the Commission following the hearing. If the above proposal is satisfactory to you and if in view of the above mentioned hearing it is still your desire that we secure necessary authority and assets bis materials, so that the installation may be commenced as soon as possible after the Public Service Commissions* ordsr is issued X will, upon receipt of your approval together with your check in the amount of #34,130.00, request authority for the construction of the water mains. &ftoh of the above estimates include a contingency item of 10£ which is to cover any unforeseen increase in material and bther costs. Our contract will provide that if actual costa of the work shall be less than your deposit, such excess amount will be refunded to you* In the event, however, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse the Water Company for such additional cost. fiy actual cost is meant the cost of all material and supplies delivered to the Job, the oost of all labor employed in connection with the installation of said water main, the cost of premiums on contractor’s surety bond, Public Liability, Property Damage and Contractor*s Contracture!
