No. 23) issued December 28, 1 9 6 5 , for authority for appropriation of $3 6 ,2 5 0 .00 , required in connection with constructing 1784 feet of 1 5 ” and 260 feet of 10” sanitary sewer pipeline east of Turnbull Canyon Road, in City of Industry, California, required to provide sewer service to Challenge-Cook Bros., Inc., and future industrial property at this location, Las Vegas Land and Water Company to pay 52$ of the cost, Audrey Backus to pay 28$, and Mann Bro­thers to pay 20$, of total cost of installation, the amount of $8 ,399*00 to be reimbursed in sale price of land.
