The undersigned have this day located and claimed 1500 feet [not legible] each or this the Grand Prize Mine of Gold and Silver [not legible] rock and on in [not legible].


Beginning at this north west and of the mine [not legible] as the discovery and extending westerly & [northerly?] the said distance of 1500 feet by six hundred feet in [north?] and bounded on each corner by a stone [monument?].
