f Las Vegas - November 18, 1952 if * 5 Mr. Wa. Reinhardt - Los Angeles Charles J. Chandler, eraployeed as a Fireman by U.P.R.R. Co. for the past ten years, has made application to purchase Lot 17, Block 5# Tract No. 1867 at Yermo for the sum of |150 which is our authorized sale price. I have Mr. Chandler* s check in the amount of |150 which is being taken in our accounts today. Mr, Chandler proposes to build a permanent home upon the property. I recommend sale and, if you concur, will you please request Mr. Bennett to prepare deed in favor of: Charles J. Chandler and Anice Chandler, Husband and Wife W. H. Johnson
