BILL OP SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10,00) to it paid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl­edged, does hereby assign, transfer and convey unto LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation of the State of Nevada, Grantee All those certain pipe lines and wire lines and ap­purtenances referred to in subparagraphs (h) to (l), in­clusive, of Section 5 of, and that certain pumping sta­tion, including valves, pipes, pumping equipment and ap­purtenances thereto, referred to in subparagraph (d) of Section 5, which is now located at point HH shown on Exhibit "A" attached to, that certain agreement dated June 1, 1953, between LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY and its lessee, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, Utah corporations, LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation, therein collectively called ’’First Parties", and the Grantee, covering the sale of the water production and distribution facilities of the First Par­ties to the Grantee. Grantor does not warrant the quality or condition of any of the above mentioned property.
