The pipeline between the springs and the shops had burst. Two weeks had passed and still the water service was not working on it. Bracken requested that it be fixed immediately.

Have tried for two weeks to have water service fix it. Has flooded the entire LV&T R.R. yard and storehouse so that it is almost impossible to get over there.
