Dear Sirs 1 am not entirely clear as to our right to construct an 8* pipe line to Las Vegas Ranch over the land recently sold to Clark, Cahlan, and Grant. Paragraph 8 of deed mentions an easement for construction of a water pipe line "easterly to­ward the southwest corner of Stewart Burial Plot".
