V Well No. 4 Permit No. Applicant Affidavit By- Affidavit of Completion of Work 10508 Las Vegas Land and Water Company- Las Vegas Land and Water Company By Walter R. Bracken Affidavit dated September 2, 1941 “That at least" $10924. has been expended in— — completion of said works and at the expense of the applicant. "Improvements consisted of: "40 feet of 16" Stove Pipe Casing Cemented in at 46.6 feetj 506 feet of 10 3/4" casing, cement— in 511 315 feet o f 7" casing landed at 806 feet. Also 446.0 feet of 10" and 819.0 feet of 12" C. I. pipe line from Well to connection with existing line which leads to settling basin, and were made at point of diversion. "Said improvements were begun prior to October 1, 1941 and were completed prior to October 1, 1943." Proof of Application Of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10508) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
