Saunders..,. 7 Las Vegas, Nevada, September 5, 1923, Mr* 1, M* Calvin, President, Las Vegas Land & Water Co«, Omaha, Nebraska* Dear Sir: Referring to my letter of August 28th in reference to sale of acreage north of townsite, and your wire of August 31st requesting prints in duplicate showing same* I herewith enclose you tracing in duplicate showing the 64,8 acres to be sold to Leslie R* Saunders, if approved by you* This acreage, as per the Hawkins’ agreement, will be sold for #200*00 per acre, one*-fourth of which will be paid upon delivery of agreement and the balancs to run for one year with 7$ interest* After your approval of this sale is received, 1 will require a deposit of the money in escrow before having agree* aent drawn up and avoid same trouble we had in sale of this land to Bussell and later on to Hawkins* Yours truly, B/H Vice-President & Agent
