Will yon kindly draw up a new lease, send­ing, me five copies of same, between the Railroad Company and .George ,.Grouse, whereby we will lease the ranch to him for a period of two years from January 1st,1905,for a yearly rental of $£00.00, payable in-advance, the Company reserving the privilege of using water from the ranch if necessary.
