Las Vegas, A pril 19th, 1918. Mr* W. H. Comstock, Act. General Manager, Los Angeles, California, Dear Sir:- We have agreement with John L. Russell covering acreage west of the Railroad tracks. This agreement was made June 23rd, 1916 and has been renewed once since that time and the balance due on this ground is due June 23rd of this year. Mr,Russell has paid the interest in full to that date and is desirous of having this agreement renewed for another year. In view of the fact that he is improving his Ranch in good manner, I would like to recommend that we make renewal* of this agreement with Russell for another year. Will you kindly advise. Yours truly,
