(b) Conditions, restrictions, exceptions, reserva­tions, easements and encumbrances of record; (c) That certain easement for flood control purposes granted Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 18176, page 173, Official Records of Los Angeles County; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5802, dated May 9, 1961, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Grantor, grants to E„ C, Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Hahdorf, deceased, Grantees, an easement for road­way purposes in oommon with Grantor, over, along and across strip of land, 30 feet in width, situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portion of Lot 4, Block 22 of Tract No. 13^3, and portion of vacated Eighth Avenue, 60 feet wide, said grant of easement being sub­ject tos (a) That certain easement for flood control purposes granted Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 39808, page *4-2^, Official Records of Los Angeles County; (b) That certain easement for roadway purposes granted Whittier Extension Mutual Water Company, recorded in Book ^1136, page 365, Official Records of Los Angeles County; (c) That certain easement for the construction of a 30-inch water line granted Whittier Extension Mutual Water Company, recorded in Book ^1136, page 368, Official Records of Los Angeles County; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
