Also coolers not equipped with recapture pump being permitted to run in alleys, causing mud holes and breeding places for mosquitoes. Please check up your leaky plumbing and have it repaired, and if your cooler is not equipped with a pump, have one installed. The City will this week place on duty a uniformed officer as inspector to'•check each water facility in the City. Please extend to him your cooperation.
