% executing Rider C.L.D. No. 11657-2, dated January 3, 1958, ter­minating as of January 30, 1958, Audit No. 10777, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and The Texas Company, effective July 15, 195^9 term of 5-years, granting license for con­struction, maintenance and operation of 4" oil pipe line, 3W lateral pipe line and two valve boxes with guard rails; also, installation of lateral oil pipe consisting of 12 feet of pipe, together with an additional 3-1/2® x 3-1/2® redwood valve box at point of connection to existing k ” oil pipe line, between Walnut and Orange Avenues, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
