Las Vegas - February 23, 1945 W 18-6-2 Mr. w, M. Jeffers; As a matter of Information, I enclose copy of Infor­mation to the Auditor for compilation of Annual Report to the Public Service Commission. This has been truly a remarkable year in the history of our Company. A comparison with the previous year reflects; Humber of Consumers Increased 86£ Length of Distribution Mains Increased 41$ Revenues Increased 40$ Maintenance of Mains Decreased $50,344.23 The decrease Is due of course, to the fact, in 1941 the largest part of our work consisted of replacements there­fore, the charges were made to O.E. Whereas this year, most of our new lines consist of extension to Defense Housing Projects and were therefore charged to Investment. I have shown in pencil on your copy only the charges to each work order, page three.
