Medlar 929 South Hope Street Los Angeles 15* California Dear Mr. Medlar: During the depression years it was necessary for me to discontinue payment of my dues to the Los Angeles Consistory, and if I remember oorreotly I wrote you a letter at that time stating the situation. I am now in a position to request reinstatement! please consider this letter my application for reinstatement.
