Said water mains shall be constructed at elevation to be designated by and the work shall be performed in a manner satisfactory to the duly authorized representative of the Company. 3. At its own expense to furnish to Company a surety bond in an amount not less than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($2 5 ,000.00 ) in the form attached hereto and conditioned upon the faithful performance of the work and agreements herein contained. 4. Upon completion of said water mains provided for in Paragraph 1 of this Article I, to deliver to the Company a detailed statement of the cost of constructing said water m a i n indicated h^,i red lines on said Exhibit B, together with a bill-of-sale in form-^*' satisfactory to the Company, conveying to the Company all right, title and interest in and to all of the water mains indicated by yellow lines on said Exhibit A and red lines on said Exhibit B, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. 5. To furnish the Company easement satisfactory in form where said water mains are laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easement to be five feet on each side of the cen­ter line of said water mains. 6. To commence construction of said water mains indica­ted by red lines within a period of ninety (90) days from and after the date of this agreement, and to complete said water mains in an expeditious and workmanlike manner, but in any event within one hundred eighty (ISO) days from and after date of this 3 3.
