105671 shall terminate} provided, however, that such termination shall not affect any of the rights or obligations of the parties to said agreement which may have accrued, or liabilities, accrued or otherwise, which may have arisen prior thereto} and except that the provisions of Section 9 of said agreement shall continue in full force and effect so long as Hailroad Companies shall furnish to the Water Company executive, legal, engineering and accounting services referred to in said section.
