B* "Division Meter Readings according to Mr* Sutton*s Telegram revisions" attached to Mr# Sutton*s telegram S—142 to Mr# Wlpprecht May 1, 1942# Attached hereto is a statement in duplicate showing the amounts as hilled the Water Co# and the haste figures used* as compared with the amounts and haste figures in accor­dance with your latest revision* for the years 1956 to 1941* inclusive, and the first nine months of 1942, with the credit due the LVL&W Co* if adjustment is made to the basts of the revised figures* As you will note there is a wide fluctuation In the proportion chargeable to the Water Co# and I would like to have your final approval of the revised gallonage aad per­centage proportion before making the adjustment* In setting up the revised figures •** have eliminated the production figures reported by you as "Roundhouse Well" as this well is not Included in the "Cost to be Distributed" shown on the attached statement# Would also like to have further information as to figures reported by you as "Diverted to Ranch" which you advised in your A-506 is absorbed in U#P* proportion# Please advise Just what use is made of the water diverted to the ranch and why chargeable to the Railroad Company# If you are agreeable to the adjustment of bills against the LVL&W Co# in accordance with the attached statement* please return the original wi " pproval# eo - Mr# W.
