Jarrett Resolution of Acceptance Adopted QUITCLAIM DEED Glen W. & Mary Jane Bales Resolution of Acceptance Adopted Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor, Mayor Gragson, voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Fountain moved the following Resolution of Acceptance be adopted for Quitclaim Deed to the City of Las Vegas from Dan H. Plunkett, Edward J. Barrick, Sam Ziegman and Rex A. Jarrett for the dedication of a 60' right-of-way strip for Highland Drive, extending from San Francisco Avenue north to an intersection with existing right-of-way within the SW¼ of Section 4, T21S, R61E: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED On motion of Commissioner E. W. Fountain, duly seconded by Commissioner Reed Whipple, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted, and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 3 day of February, 196O, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 27 day of January, 1960, executed by Dan H. Plunkett; Edward J. Barrick; Sam Ziegman and Rex A. Jarrett to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of streets; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. Sharp, duly seconded by Commissioner William H. Elwell, and carried unanimously, the following Resolution is adopted, and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 3 day of February, 1960, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 25 day of January, 1960, executed by Glen W. Bales and Mary Jane Bales, husband and wife. to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of streets, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. 2-3-60
