* ? executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 6875, dated November 20, 1945, with Loop and Lineaweaver, 6419 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California, covering the repainting of certain portions of this Company's packing house at Prospect and Penrose Avenues, Riverside, Calif.; Land Company agreeing to pay said Loop and Lineaweaver for all services performed, materials furnished, including sales or use taxes thereon if applicable, the sum of $1,772.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premiums on Workmen's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance, Contractor's Public Liability Insurance and Contractor's Property Damage Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 6874, dated November 20, 1945, with Loop and Lineaweaver, 6419 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California, covering repainting certain portions of this Company's .packing house at Seventh and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; Land Company agreeing to pay to said Loop and Lineaweaver for all services performed, material furnished, including sales or use taxes thereon if applicable, the sum of $2,941.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond and premiums on Workmen's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance, Contractor's Public Liability Insurance and Contractor's Property Damage insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 6858, dated November 21, 1945, -2-
