No. 4917, dated March 1, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Wilbur-Ellis Company, Lessee, covering site for storage of fertilizer, for term beginning March 1, 1943, and extending to March 1, 1944; rental $100 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed . On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing consent to Assignment (C.A. No. 10019-1, dated March 1, 1943, effective November 1, 1942) of agreement C.A. No., 10019, dated•October 15, 1939, expiring October 31, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., covering lease of premises and building thereon, at First and Eleanor Sts., Pomona, California, from Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., Assignor, to John Curci and L. A. Turner, copartners doing business as Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Assignee; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing consent to Assignment (C.A. No. 10107-1, dated March 1, 1943, effective November 1, 1942) of agreement C.A. No. 10107, dated December 1, 1940, expiring October 30, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., covering lease of premises as site for storage shed pur­poses, near First and Eleanor Sts., Pomona, California, from Orange Belt Fruit Fruit Distributors, Inc., Assignor, to John -3-
