It is not intended to use the statement of the breakdown of the various items as an exhibit in the ease. Will you also furnish me with a statement of any addi­tional items which will oause an increase in capital account or in the operating expenses in the year 1951 of either the Water Dept, of I M & WCo. or the water Production Dept, of the Railroad. Based upon this information and such other informa­tion as can be obtained locally, Mr. Wehe will prepare esti­mates of operating revenue and expense for the year 1951* I assume that Form 7 and Form 141 covering the opera­tions of LYL&WCo. for the year 1950 will be completed in ad­vance of the hearing.
