j^Pillsbury Flour Mills Company a portion of Lot 2, Tract 7207 '(containing an area of 12.846 acres, also all right, title and interest of this Company in and to certain portions of adjacent streets), located at East Los Angeles, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-45, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2 - All conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; and reserving to this Company all coal, oil and other mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
