No. 5 6 8 5 -6 dated March l6, 1966, extending to and including January 31, 1968, Contract Audit No. 10290 dated June 9, 19^, expiring by latest extension May 31, 1966, with the Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering lease of site for handling of grain at Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, rental $5 0 .0 0 per month, payable in advance, subject to termin­ation by either party upon thirty days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 1^738-3, Extension Rider dated January 28, 1 9 6 6 , between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John M. Ferrero, extending to January 31, 1967, lease identified as Contract Audit No. IO96I, covering land for growing crops in City of Industry, California, rental to continue at $82.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, Lessee to pay all personal property taxes, subject to termination by either party upon ten (1 0 ) days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. No. 12516-16, dated February 25, 1966, extending to and including March 1^, 1 9 6 7 , Contract Audit No. 1082^, dated March 1 5 , 1957, expiring by latest extension March -2-
