Folger, General Manager Las Vegas Land & Water Company 4-01 South 2nd Street Las Vegas, Nevada Res STREETS AND HIGHWAYS General Dear Mr* Folgers We have received inquiries relative to the preliminary sub-dividing of properties located in the HE$ of Section 32, T. 20 S., R. 61 E. In order that we have complete information concerning the extension of an adequate street system in this area, it is Important that we determine the Interest of the Union Pacific Railroad Company regarding the opening of an east-west Street on the north 1/16 line of the above mentioned section* Propertleaproposed to he subdivided would dedicate thirty (30) feet, or one-half of an ultimate sixty (60) foot street on the south of said 1/26 line, therefore making it necessary for an additional thirty (30) feet to be dedicated on the northerly side of said line, being your property. The opening of a street on this line would then permit future development within and upon your property with adequate etreet frontage* Unless such provision is made now, it would necessarily affect the potential development or subdivision of your lands* This inquiry should not be misconstrued as a request for R/W at this time, but merely to determine your intention with regard to future development in this area.
