Might say that un til we had the deluge o f sand from the hew w e ll, i t was not an tici­pated that a settlin g basin would be needed, but from that experience and fearing that same condition might occur again, I think both Dr, Boyle and Mr, Maguire are firm ly of the b e lie f that we should in stal se ttlin g basin in order to protect our pipe lin e s fro® deluge of sand.
