McNamee) Opinion of General Attorney McNamee as to statue of appropriations for water in event of sale of the Las Vegas Ranch. Attached hereto is copy of Mr. McNamee's letter of December 27th, from which you will note that in his opinion it is not necessary to retain the ranch in order to protect our water appropriations. Frank Strong
