\ LAS VKGAS LAMP AHQ WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION City of Industry 2-1605 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hararaill in executing C,L»D. 15711-4, dated September 15, 1966, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, Cali­fornia, Industry P. C. Mo, 114, vacated Sixth Avenue in Tract Mo, 1343| statement as to a full and complete list of all abutting properties of Las Vegas Land and water Company which have con­tributed to the cost of construction of the sewer system constructed under Industry Private Contract Mo. 114, description being all property fronting said sewer along easterly side of Sixth Avenue, Lot X, Block 34, and Lot 1, Block 35 of Tract 1343, recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, of Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and con­firmed.
