With further reference to my letter August 16, above file and subject file BD 1-8. in reply to yours of August 3d, In order to arrive at a satisfactory basis for compiling this report, X also handled the matter with the Secretary of the Nevada Public Service Commission and am enclosing oopy of my letter August 19th to Secretary Soott and his reply August 39th, both of which are self-explanatory. As indicated in my previous letter on this subject, it Is our understanding that for the purpose of this report only the amount of water available to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company la required to be reported to the Commission, but as a matter of information the total water produced can be reported in the form of an addendum, fa will furnish this information to you whenever requested for compilation of the annual report* Very truly yours, WALTER R.
