executing Industry; Track Contract C.L.D, No. 13931, Audit No. 10887, (UPBE Audit No. 98920), dated May 4, 1961, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., covering construction, mainten­ance, operation and ownership of spur track at Fullerton, Calif­ornia; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 14002-3, Audit No. 10893, dated November 9, 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, releasing Spencer Kellogg Division of Textron, Inc., from any and all liability for restora­tion of damage resulting from fire which occurred June 16, 1961, to the former Spencer Kellogg plant at Long Beach, California, now owned by Las Vegas Land and Water Company and leased to Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation under Agreement Audit No. A-10884, dated August 4, 1961, in consideration of the payment by Spencer Kellogg of $110,000.00 to Pacific Company to cover cost of restoration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 14071, Audit No. 10894, dated November 9, 1961, between Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, (called "Pacific Company"), and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, (called "Land Company"), pursuant to which Pacific Company agrees: - 2 -
