W. 0. 819g issued May 19, 1958, Long Beach, California and Signal Hill, California, covering amount received from Standard Oil Company of California for pipe line easements along and across former San Pedro Branch right of way in Lots 24, 25 and 31, American Colony Tract in connection with LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5563, dated January 30, 1958. Amount re­ceived and credited to Unimproved Real Estate - California - $1 ,000.00. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Requests be; and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. There being no further business to be transacted, on motion duly seconded, the meeting adjourned. (Signed) Lee S.
