Cory: Referring to the arrangement under which water line was installed in South Fifth Street Tract by Frontier Improvement Company: The agreement under which this pipe line was installed, *N* L. B. 18^3 of November 28, 19^7, pro­vided in Article 1, Paragraph 3, that the subdivider will deliver to the Company, upon completion of the water line, a bill of sale covering the 8* and 6* line free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and in­cluding any interest the subdivider may have in the 10 line, a portion of the coat of which he advanced. Will you please let me have a bill of sale in satisfactory form to be executed by the subdivider. A. M. Folger
