Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of |S2S0, chargeable to Investment Account, ae contem­plated by our recommendation Ho. 1 for inclusion in I960 Budget. Welle Hoe. 9, 10 and 11 which are connected to Charleston reservoir do not furnish sufficient water to meet demand during peak periods of use in summer months, and pro­vide adequate surplus for an emergency, such as a fire in southerly portion of City or along Charleston Boulevard. Installation of pipe line recommended will permit temporary diversion of flow from Well Ho. 8 to Charleston reservoir.
