Requested by the Las Vegas Land & W ater company 'to re­enact the rigid ordinance adopt­ed in 1934, the board decided to go into the m atter with a view to determining just what is neces­sary in the way of legislation. “It is our purpose to find out the exact situation and to be fair ! to both the company and the I people,” Mayor Arnett said. “There is no question but that I there is some waste and that it | should be stopped.
