Ritter: Please note the attached copy of letter froa Bare Wolzlnger of the Western Metal Baling Ooap&ny to whoa we have leased a 100f site south of the spur track in the Bonanza Road district for a period of 1 year from June 1, 19^8. He sow asks for an additional 200*, which would be on the old Gibbons 4s Reed lease immediately ad­joining. I have been somewhat concerned about the large amount of junk he has accumulated on this site without Bowing say of the tin scrap to market, hawing in Bind the possibility that the bottom might drop out of the junk market and leawe us with the accumulation on hand to clean up. Our past experience with the Junk business has been such that we would probably be justified In re­quiring a bond to insure the property being restored to its original condition* There le alec to be considered the reservation of this site to accomodate the successful bidder on the Charleston Boulevard Underpass. Possibly we could let Wol zlnger have an additional 3.00f, which would leave us 200* frontage for other purposes* Will appreciate your advice* A. M. Polger
