Smith; As requested "by your Mr. Heville oyer the telephone this morning, I hand you herewith form 7-42, together with four copies of minutes of a special meeting of the Lehi City Council held on March 24, 1925, and all blue prints which were sent me by Mr. lalsted on July 1st with the request that I prepare an agreement with Lehi City for water supply at Cutler for locomotives.
