Las Vegas, Nevada February 27, 1952 A recessed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas held this 27th day of February, 1952 was called to order at the hour of 7:50 P.M. by His Honor Mayor C. D. Baker with the following members present: Mayor C. D. Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker Commissioner Rex A. Jarrett Commissioner William Peccole Commissioner Reed Whipple City Attorney Howard W. Cannon City Manager C. W, Shelley City Clerk Shirley Ballinger ALTA VISTA SUBDIVISION Commissioner Bunker moved the tentative map of Alta Vista Subdivision, as recom- Tentative Map mended by the Regional Planning Commission be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Banker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Tract No* 2 - Final Map Commissioner Bunker moved the final map of Alta Vista Subdivision, Tract No. 2 be approved subject to the filing of the necessary performance bond by the Subdivider. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Stewart, on the 21st day of February, 1952, at the hour of 4:00 P.M, to consider the following matters: 1. Partial Payment on Assessment District No. 100-6 to J. M. D* Baker with the following members present: Mayor C. D. Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker Commissioner William Peccole City Attorney Howard W. Cannon Absent: Commissioner Rex A. Jarrett Commissioner Reed Whipple City Manager C. W. Shelley City Clerk Shirley Ballinger ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Commissioner Bunker moved that the request of J. M. Murphy Construction Company NO. 100-6 for partial payment on Assessment District No. 100-6 being Service and Material Partial Payment Warrant No. 2239 in the total amount of $5,000.00 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Jarrett and Whipple.
