Campbell Chairman, Board of Directors Las Vegas Valley ¥ater District 135 South 4th Street Las Vegas, Nevada As a matter of information to the District, I am listing below one project covering the Construction of water line which will be an addition to the property of the ¥ater Com­pany— the cost of which will be added to the basic pur­chase price under the terms of proposed contract for sale of the ¥ater System to the Las Vegas Valley ¥ater District. Construct 1020 LF of 6“ cast iron water mains to serve Blochs 10, 11 and 12, Laddfs Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. Estimated cost $4620. Attached please find our drawing No. A-1079> dated December 12, 1952, which shows location of proposed water main extension. This project will be constructed by this Company, at its expense, and has been authorized by our Executives. Con­struction will be started within the next few days. If you agree that the inclusion of the cost of the above project may be properly added to the basic purchase price under the proposed contract mentioned above, will you please indicate your approval in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in duplicate, and return to me?
