Dear Sir: If you so approve I will sell to Pedro Montana, lots 7 and 8 in Block 6, purchase price to he $250.00 each, $50*00 cash on delivery of Agreement and the "balance to run one year with 6% interest. You will note that our recently revised price list priced these lots at $300.00 each, but inasmuch as the bank has just sold the two ad­joining lots for $250.00 each I believe it would be well for us to accept the same price for lots 7 and 8.
