Probably the meters are over-registering, particularly the one at Clark Street. X discussed this with Doll while he was here and you may wish to have him confer with the meter people while he is in Dos Angeles* These are all Sparling meters* Clark St* IS* No. 3457, Ogden St. 16" No. 7064, 7eetslde 8" No. 2601.
