then feels that there is some point in the case upon which it was not fully informed, the petitioner will be glad to produce further evidence on that point at a further hearing so that further relief can be afforded in accordance with the additional showing. We request that upon the record already made the Commission: 1. Find that for the test year 1951 the reasonable rate base for the facilities of the Railroad Company is not less than $771,300.00, and that the Railroad Company is entitled to earn a return of 6-1/4$ thereon. 2. Find that for the test year 1951 the reasonable joint facility rents allowed in the operating expenses of the Water Company is not less than $141,717.00. 3. Find that for the test year 1951 the reasonable rate base for the facilities of the Water Company is not less than §757,100.00, and that the Water Company is entitled to earn a return of 6-1/4$ thereon. 4. Make its order allowing the rates proposed by the Water Company to go into effect, or, in the alternative, prescribe a schedule of rates which will earn additional revenue over that under the former rates of not less than §90,813.00 (Ex. U) during the test year 1951, In support of its petition, the Water Company submits the following memorandum:
