Tim Railroad Company shall have the right to eonstruet sush facilities upon the property of the District as shall he neoe* sary to oeimset said new pipe lin* and new power line connection* into the existing facilities of the District. Upon the completion of said work the District shall pay to ths Railroad Company, within thirty (30) days after renditim of hill therefor, the actual cost to M o n Pacific and the Southern Nevada Power Company of removing said pipe lines and wire lines and constructing said new pipe line and said new power line connectiona plus tea per cent (10$) of said actual cost of construction representing the cost of s upervision.
