Three originals of Escrow instructions dated June 21, 1954, which have been executed by Mr. A. E. Stoddard, President of the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, governing the transfer of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District. 2. Copy of Agreement dated June 1, 1953» between the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, for the sale of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District. 3. Deed dated June 1, 1954, from the Water Company to the Water District referred to in Paragraph 1 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. 4. ' Instrument Transferring Interest in Real and Personal Property, dated June 1, 1954, from the Water Company to the District, referred to in Paragraph. 2 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions 5 . Grant of Easement for Pipe Lines, dated June 1, 1954, from the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company to the District, re­ferred to in Paragraph 3 of Section III of the Escrow Instructions. - 1 -
